Please note the Southern Tioga School District uses Intellipay for processing our online real estate tax payments. They charge the following fees for processing:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), $60.00 and under: $1.50
• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), over $60.00: 3%
• ACH/eCheck: $1.50

Refund Policy:

The Southern Tioga School District (STSD) cannot reverse or refund a credit card charge or an ACH payment made through our online portal. If you have a question or concern about any payments, please reach out to STSD at 570-638-2183 x301 during normal business hours for assistance. STSD reserves the right to modify this policy at any time at its discretion. 

When making online payments, make certain to use the correct amount as listed on your tax bill.

• If paying the total tax bill, use the amount listed in the appropriate box based on the date of payment.
• If paying installments, use the installment payment amount as listed on your tax bill coupons based on the date of payment. 

The items circled in red below will be needed on the payment screen.
For the Bill Number, make sure to include all six digits, including the zeros.
