Tax Bill Payment Options

Tax Bills may be paid three ways:

  • Mailing a check/money order to this lockbox address:
    • STSD Lockbox

      Mansfield, PA 16933
  • Paying in-person at any branch of First Citizens Community Bank.

Online Payments

Please note the Southern Tioga School District uses Intellipay for processing our online real estate tax payments. They accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.  They charge the following fees for processing:

  • Tax payments of  $60.00 and under: $1.50
  • Tax payments over $60.00: 3%

 

 

Refund Policy:

The Southern Tioga School District (STSD) cannot reverse or refund a credit card charge made through our online portal. If you have a question or concern about any payments, please reach out to STSD at 570-638-2183 x301 during normal business hours for assistance. STSD reserves the right to modify this policy at any time at its discretion. 

 

When making online payments, make certain to use the correct amount as listed on your tax bill.

  • If paying the total tax bill, use the amount listed in the appropriate box based on the date of payment.
  • If paying installments, use the installment payment amount as listed on your tax bill coupons based on the date of payment. 
  • We do not accept partial payments.
  • Interim Bills are not eligible for online payment.

For the Bill Number, make sure to include all six digits, including the zeros.
